I’ve always known there was more to this life than what we’re taught to expect, more than school, work, marriage, and retirement. Even as a child, something in me longed for a deeper experience of Truth, Spirit, and what it really means to be.

 

Raised in a spiritually inclined Hindu household, I grew up on stories of mystics and sages who had devoted their lives to awakening & God-realization. These stories planted a lifelong seed in me: the desire to experience a real shift in consciousness.

That longing led me on a winding and profound path, one that moved through personal suffering, academic study, global travel, and deep spiritual mentorship. I studied World Religions and Philosophy at King's University College at Western, then completed my Master’s degree in Asian Religious Studies at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, immersing myself in teachings on non-duality, identity, and the nature of Being. I’ve been shaped by many teachers, both living and passed on, including Yogananda, Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Mooji, and Mona Wind. And then, in the most unexpected and grace-filled way, Jesus Christ of the Bible became my living teacher and north star.

My own transformation deepened through my work with a mentor who helped me heal from past pain, release limiting stories, and embody the wisdom I had long studied. That journey awakened in me a calling: to serve others in their awakening. Since 2020, I’ve been working full-time as a transformational coach, walking beside individuals who are ready to step into deeper alignment with their soul’s truth.

I help people reconnect with who they truly are, beyond the patterns, the pain, and the programming. My work is intuitive, spiritual, and energetically rooted. It’s about moving stuck energy, releasing emotional residue, and making space for the divine to move through. Together, we clear what no longer serves, so you can live from a place of freedom, clarity, and inner peace.

Clients often describe our work together as sacred, and it is. I hold space with deep reverence for the human spirit. Healing happens here. Insight emerges. And something ancient, wise, and beautifully real begins to awaken within you.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me traveling, immersed in other cultures, reading scripture, or spending quiet moments with my beloved husky, Neptune. I believe we are here to experience the fullness of our divine birthright, freedom in body, mind, soul, and spirit.

 

That’s why I do this work: to walk with others as they remember who they are and reclaim the freedom that is already theirs.
